With one side with 400-grit for a coarser grind and the other with 1000-grit diamond, for a finer grind, you can sharpen your knives with exact precision.
With cutting edge electroplate technology, the diamond grit stays put for years of useful life. In addition to kitchen use, you can also use it to fine tune figure skating or hockey blades between sharpening, carving knife sharpening, and sharpening other woodworking and cutting tools.
With adjustable length, the included sharpening stone holder can adjust to your exact needs. Its silicone coating prevents slipping and skidding, keeping you safe as you sharpen your knives and other tools. With a core of heavy chrome-plated iron, the sharpening stone stays in place. Chrome plating helps to prevent rust and other corrosion. The holder can accommodate stones in a wide range of sizes.
