At Aussie Outlet, we are committed to offering competitive prices, reliable customer service and a straightforward shopping experience.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, knowing that their purchases are supported by clear return conditions, product warranties and Australian consumer protections.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your statutory consumer rights.

2. 12-Month Product Warranty

Aussie Outlet provides a 12-month commercial warranty on products purchased through our website.

This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers eligible manufacturing defects and product failures arising during normal use.

For an eligible warranty claim, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement component or replacement product at no additional cost.

Please include your order number, a description of the defect and supporting photographs or videos where reasonably available.

If a return or inspection is required, we will provide instructions. For accepted claims under our commercial warranty, we will cover reasonable claim-related expenses and explain how to obtain reimbursement where applicable.

The commercial warranty does not ordinarily cover faults caused solely by accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow product instructions.

These exclusions do not affect statutory consumer guarantees.

The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under Australian law.

Consumer guarantees may apply beyond the 12-month commercial warranty period.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or videos where reasonably available.

We recommend reporting visible shipping damage promptly so we can investigate with the courier.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may arrange a repair, replacement parts, replacement product or refund.

We will not require customers to accept a remedy that is inconsistent with their entitlements under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Aussie Outlet accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging, accessories and components.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated on the original product price and shipping fee, plus applicable return freight costs.

For example, an order with a combined original product price and shipping fee of $200 would incur a $20 restocking fee, plus applicable return freight costs.

These charges apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not apply to remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please obtain return authorisation and shipping instructions before returning a product.

5. Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return freight costs.

If Aussie Outlet arranges a return shipping label, the applicable cost may be deducted from the refund.

Because products may be dispatched from different fulfilment locations, customers must obtain the correct return instructions before shipping goods.

For faulty or otherwise non-compliant products, return shipping, collection and reasonable reimbursement expenses will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact support@aussieoutlet.com.au as soon as possible.

If an order has not been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it before fulfilment.

Once an order has been dispatched, voluntary cancellation requests may be processed under our change-of-mind return conditions.

If Aussie Outlet is unable to fulfil an accepted order, customers will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Refund Processing

Once an eligible refund has been approved, we generally aim to initiate it within 2–4 business days.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Refunds required under Australian Consumer Law will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.

8. Exchanges and Replacement Parts

Where appropriate, replacement components or products may be provided to resolve warranty or delivery issues.

For voluntary exchanges involving a different model, size or colour, our change-of-mind conditions may apply.

These arrangements do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

9. How to Request a Return or Refund

Our customer support team will assess the request and provide appropriate return or resolution instructions.

Please do not send items directly to a supplier or warehouse without prior instructions.
