• Fit and door clearance. Check width, depth and height together with ventilation space and room to open drawers and doors.
• Storage layout. Compare usable capacity, shelf arrangement and freezer compartments rather than the exterior size alone.
• Operating conditions. Read the stated temperature range, power requirements and indoor, outdoor or vehicle suitability.

Comparing options

Plan the access route as well as the final position. Check whether doors, shelves and drawers can open fully in the available space. Keep installation clearance separate from the space used to store food or drinks.
