3 Bar Metal Leg Stretcher Martial Arts

Looking for a better way to train your legs? Look no further as our three (3) bar metal leg stretcher has got you covered.

Whether it's strength for martial arts or flexibility for dancing, this leg stretcher will make ends meet. Strong, sturdy, and safe - this high quality machine is made from top grade metal with padding in select areas for comfort and safety.

Beginners can start with exercises that loosen up the leg muscles before and after stretching. A ten minute routine every other day can be increased to a more challenging routine with escalated time and added pressure. By placing the left-hand bar on your left ankle and the right-hand bar on your right ankle and pulling on the central handle, you can control the degree of push-back on your legs. The machine can be adjusted to accommodate more challenging repetitions as your training program progresses.

By placing your legs on both outer metal legs and pulling on the central handle, you can control and adjust the push back on your legs for the perfect training program just for you. The machine is adjustable to individual sizes and for varying leg lengths as your strength increases.

Enjoy enhanced flexibility and improved strength!
